The DED (Data Entry Display) allows the pilot to view, input and edit information in the flight computer. The ICP (Integrated Control Panel) is the interface through which the pilot accesses, inputs and edits data into the flight computer.

*Override Functions.

The concept of the Scratchpad is pretty simple. Within the DED it is denoted by two asterisks surrounding a value or blank spot. As you can see in the image to the right the Scratchpad is currently highlighting the ''SET'' value of 4500LBS. To input a number simply hit the number keys on the ICP followed by the ''ENTR'' key. Pressing the ''RCL'' key will erase previously inputted data if it has not already been entered via the ''ENTR'' key. Pressing the DCS up or down will move the Scratchpad around the DED page.
