CombatFlite

CombatFlite is a flight programming tool that lets you setup and review your flight plan, prior to jumping into the flightsim (DCS) itself; it then lets you export said flight plan to a DCS mission file(as a .miz file directly), but it can also be shared to other members of your flight package and even let the Bluefor and Redfor sides plan their missions seperately, after which the file can be merged together by the Game Lead to create the DCS mission (.miz) file!
