The SA-6 Kub (NATO reporting name: SA-6 "Gainful") is a two piece launch system consisting of a search RADAR and a mobile tracked triple launcher. With a maximum range of 13nm and a ceiling of 46,000 feet the SA-6 is less capable compared to the larger SA-3 and SA-10 system, but still is a very real threat to the low flying A-10. However, if you are in mountainous terrain you can get close enough to use a stand off weapon to destroy the system.
