Event: S_EVENT_WEAPON_ADD Added with: 2.7
Enum ID: 34 Event Locality: None
Description: Currently occurs when an aircraft is spawned in air with weapons. Will occur for each pylon and can return targeting pods.
  Initiator : Aircraft that has the weapon that was added
  weapon_name : String of the weapon name.
