Function:	setMarkupPositionEnd		Added with: 2.5.5

Syntax:	function trigger.action.setMarkupPositionEnd(number id , table vec3 )
Description:	Updates the position of a mark that was defined at the last point given to create it. Can be used to "move" an existing mark from one place to the next without deleting it and creating a new one.
