Function:	setMarkupColor	Added with: 2.5.5

Syntax:	function trigger.action.setMarkupColor(number id , table color )
Description:	Updates the color of the specified mark to be the new value. Color format is {r, g, b, alpha} with values ranging from 0 to 1.
