Function:	setMarkupFontSize	Added with: 2.5.5

Syntax:	function trigger.action.setMarkupFontSize(number id , number fontSize )
Description:	Updates the font size of the specified mark to be the new value. If the id of the passed mark does not have text then nothing will happen.
