Description: Defines whether or not returning to base when an aircraft reaches Bingo fuel is allowed.

Behaviors:

True: Once the bingo fuel state is reached, the AI will automatically return to the nearest neutral or friendly base. Default option.

False: AI will remain in the air until they run out of fuel and die. Literally I am not joking.

Note that the distance to the nearest friendly/neutral base will impact the bingo fuel state. Longer flight distances will increase the bingo threshold.
